Refunds on Digital Media

Refunds on digital media download purchases are not allowed. Due to the nature of digital media we cannot issue refunds once a transaction has been processed. 

Refunds & Returns on Printing Services

Printing is serviced by a third party lab and refunds and returns on prints can only be processed at their discretion. Orders that have not been processed can be cancelled however there is small window of opportunity so please contact us or smugmug support ASAP to make any changes. 

Social Media Licensing For Commercial Use

You may not purchase a photo for your personal use on social media and then allow sponsors or other interested parties to use the photos on their accounts as this then turns it into a commercial use. They must purchase photos directly from the site using the commercial license.
